2lb yukon potatoes, 1.5-2in in diameter, quartered
4tb soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup water
2tsp sesame oil
2tsp rice vinegar
2tsp toasted sesame seeds
Cook potatoes covered, stirring occasionally, on medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix 3tb soy sauce with 3-7. Add to potatoes, bring to a simmer, lower heat to medium, cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes. Take off-heat, toss with remaining ingredients and serve.
