Pumpkin spice-graham cracker caramel apples

Makes 6-8

  1. 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  2. 2tb sugar
  3. 1tb cinnamon
  4. 1tsp nutmeg
  5. 1/2tsp cloves
  6. 4tb butter, 2tb softened and 2tb melted
  7. 2 cups brown sugar
  8. 4tb water
  9. 4tb corn syrup
  10. 1/2tsp salt
  11. 2tb cream
  12. 6-8 apples
  • Mix 1-5 with melted butter and toast at 350 for 10 minutes. Set aside.
  • Heat 7-10 to 280 degrees, whisking constantly. Mix in softened butter and cream. Dip apples in caramel, roll in graham mixture and let set for 15 minutes. Serve.
