Serves 8
- 1-1/2 cups berries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups dry gin, chilled
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- Ice
- 2 cups club soda, chilled
- Bring 1-3 to a boil and stir until sugar dissolves. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20-25 minutes. Let cool and strain, pressing down on berries to extract liquid; discard solids.
- Mix berry syrup with 4-6 and rest for 3-5 minutes. Fill glasses with ice, divide mixture and top with 4tb club soda. Serve.
