Sesame bean sprouts

Serves 6

  1. 10oz bean sprouts
  2. 2 scallions
  3. 2tsp sesame oil
  4. 2tsp sesame seeds, toasted
  5. 1/2tsp gochugaru
  • Cover bean sprouts with salted water, simmer for 8 minutes and drain. Toss with remaining ingredients and serve.
