Chive and soy tofu

Serves 4

  1. 1lb firm tofu
  2. 2-1/2tb soy sauce
  3. 2tb chives
  4. 1tb mirin
  5. 1tb sesame oil
  6. 1/2tb sesame seeds, toasted
  7. 1/2tb gochugaru
  8. 1tsp honey
  9. 1 clove garlic
  • Press and drain tofu for 15-20 minutes. Cut into cubes. Whisk remaining ingredients, toss and serve.
