Creme fraiche berry pie

Makes 9in pie

  1. 1 cup creme fraiche
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 3tb flour
  4. Zest of 1 orange
  5. 1tsp salt
  6. 5 cups berries
  7. 9in pie shell, not blind baked
  8. 4tb graham cracker crumbs
  9. 3tb brown sugar
  10. 2tb butter
  • Mix 1-6, fill crust and bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Mix 8-10, sprinkle over pie and continue baking for 15 minutes.
