Asian vinegar slaw

Serves 4-6

  1. 1/3 cup white vinegar
  2. 4tb sesame seeds
  3. 1tb rice vinegar
  4. 1tb soy sauce
  5. 1tb sugar
  6. 2tsp sesame oil
  7. 2tsp canola oil
  8. 1tsp ginger
  9. 1/4tsp salt
  10. 1 head napa cabbage, about 9 cups
  11. 2 carrots, shredded
  12. 4 scallions
  • Reduce white vinegar to 2tb. Meanwhile, toast sesame seeds. Let both cool.
  • Toss ingredients and serve within 1 hour.
