Sesame-soy glazed baby bok choy

Serves 4

  1. 4 4oz baby bok choy, halved
  2. 2 scallions
  3. 3 cloves garlic
  4. 1tb ginger
  5. 2tb soy sauce
  6. 2tb water
  7. 1tb rice vinegar
  8. 2tsp sesame oil
  9. 1tsp sugar
  • Brown bok choy in a 12in skillet cut-side down for 2 minutes. Flip and cook for 1 minute. Set aside.
  • Cook 2-4 for 30 seconds. Add 5-9 for 30 seconds. Add bok choy for 1 minute and serve.
