Turkey burgers

Serves 4

  1. 1 slice white bread
  2. 2tb whole milk
  3. 1-1/2lb ground turkey or chicken
  4. 2tsp worcestshire
  5. 2tsp dijion mustard
  6. 1/2tsp salt
  7. 1/4tsp pepper
  • Combine ingredients and shape into 4 1in-thick patties. Cook in 2 batches in a 10in skillet for 3-4 minutes per side. Lower heat, partially cover and continue cooking for 4-5 minutes per side. Serve.

Optional: replace 4-5 with 6tb kalamata olives, 1/2 cup feta, 2 shallots and 2 cloves garlic
