- 2tb butter
- 8oz kielbasa, halved and cut into 1/2in pieces
- 2lb leeks, halved and cut into 1in pieces
- 1/4tsp thyme
- 1 clove garlic
- 2tb flour
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 12oz red potatoes, cut into 3/4in pieces
- Heat butter, brown sausage for 5 minutes and set aside.
- Add leeks and cook covered, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes. Add 4-5 for 1 minute. Add flour for 1 minute. Whisk in broth, add back sausage and potatoes and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve.
