Muffin tin crispy taco bowls

Serves 4-6

  1. 12 6in corn tortillas
  2. 3 cups cooked meat or fish
  3. 3/4 cup salsa
  4. 1-1/2 cup cheese
  5. 3/4 cup pico de gallo
  6. 1 small avocado, diced
  7. 3/4 cup cilantro
  8. 6tb sour cream
  9. 2 limes, cut into wedges
  • Spray tortillas with coking spray and microwave for 30 seconds. Press into 2-1/2in muffin tins, spray again and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until crispy.
  • Combine 2-3, divide into tortillas and top with cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Top with 5-8 and serve with lime wedges.
