Fromage blanc herb dip

Makes 2 cups

  1. 1lb fromage blanc
  2. 4tb sour cream
  3. 2tb chives
  4. 2tb dill
  5. 2tb scallions
  6. 2tb parsley
  7. 1tsp garlic
  8. 1tsp lemon zest
  • Combine ingredients. Can be made up to 3 days ahead.
