Pickled garlic

Makes 1-1/2 cup

  1. 1 head garlic, peeled
  2. Distilled white vinegar
  3. 1/2 cup water
  4. 1/2 cup soy sauce
  5. 3tb rice wine vinegar
  6. 2tb sugar
  7. 2tb molasses
  • Cover garlic with vinegar. Refrigerate for 5 days.
  • Drain and rinse garlic. Bring remaining ingredients to a boil, pour over garlic, and refrigerate for 6 days.
