Pasta with sausage, spinach and creamy mustard herb sauce

Serves 4

  1. 12oz pasta
  2. 2 cloves garlic
  3. 1 shallot
  4. 1/2tsp red pepper flakes
  5. 1/4tsp pepper
  6. 4tb white wine
  7. 12oz spinach
  8. 12oz sausage
  9. 3/4 cup creme fraiche
  10. 6tb mustard
  11. 6tb fresh thyme, basil, dill or tarragon
  12. 4tsp lemon juice
  • Cook pasta and drain. Cook 2-5 for 1 minute. Add 6-7 and cook until wine is evaporated and spinach is wilted. Add back pasta and 8-10 and cook 1-2 minutes. Add 11-12 and serve.
