- 8oz ziti
- 1lb asparagus, cut into 1in pieces
- 2tb olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3oz smoked mozzarella
- 3oz proscuitto
- 3tb basil
- Simmer ziti for 5 minutes. Add asparagus and continue simmering for 2 minutes. Drain and reserve 1 cup water.
- Cook 3-4 for 30 seconds. Add ziti, asparagus and reserved water, toss and take off-heat. Add 5-7 and toss. Serve.
