Ziti with asparagus, smoked mozzarella and proscuitto

Serves 2

  1. 8oz ziti
  2. 1lb asparagus, cut into 1in pieces
  3. 2tb olive oil
  4. 2 cloves garlic
  5. 3oz smoked mozzarella
  6. 3oz proscuitto
  7. 3tb basil
  • Simmer ziti for 5 minutes. Add asparagus and continue simmering for 2 minutes. Drain and reserve 1 cup water.
  • Cook 3-4 for 30 seconds. Add ziti, asparagus and reserved water, toss and take off-heat. Add 5-7 and toss. Serve.
