Scallion and shiitake pork potstickers

Makes 40

  1. 1/2 cup scallions
  2. 4oz shiitake mushrooms
  3. 1tb garlic
  4. 1tb ginger
  5. 2tb sesame oil
  6. 1tb soy sauce
  7. 1tb hoisin
  8. 14oz ground pork
  9. 40 wonton skins
  10. 1 egg white
  • Cook 1-2 for 4 minutes. Add 3-4 for 1 minute and mix with 5-8.
  • Fill skins with 1/2tb of mixture. Mix egg white with 1tb water, brush on edges of skins and seal. Potstickers can be frozen at this point.
  • Brown potstickers on one side for 30 seconds. Flip and repeat. Fill pan with 1/3 cup water, cover and steam for 4 minutes, or 6 minutes if frozen. Serve.
