Ma po pork and tofu stir-fry

Serves 6

  1. 8oz ground pork
  2. 2tb cornstarch
  3. 3tb soy sauce
  4. 8oz veggies of choice
  5. 3 cloves garlic
  6. 1in ginger
  7. 2tb doubanjiang
  8. 1/2tb Sichuan peppercorns
  9. 1/2 cup broth
  10. 1lb silken tofu
  11. 4 scallions
  • Mix 1-3 and rest for 10 minutes.
  • Cook pork for 3-4 minutes. Add veggies. Add 5-8 for 1 minute. Add 9-10 for 3-4 minutes. Mix in scallions and serve.
