Grilled surf and turf salad

Serves 4-6

  1. 4tb white wine vinegar
  2. 1tb dijion mustard
  3. 2 cloves garlic
  4. 4 anchovies
  5. 2tb water
  6. 1/2 cup oil
  7. 1lb flank steak
  8. 1lb fingerling potatoes
  9. 1-1/2lb shrimp
  10. 3oz spinach
  11. 1 bunch watercress
  12. 2 heads frisee lettuce
  13. 4tb chives
  • Mix 1-6. Marinate 4tb of mixture with steak for 1-8 hours.
  • Meanwhile, cover potatoes with cold salted water, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • Grill steak for 5 minutes per side. Grill potatoes and shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side. Slice steak and toss with 10-13 and remaining dressing.
