- 7g yeast
- 1 cup milk
- 250g cooked potato flesh
- 11tb melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 50g sugar
- 1tsp salt
- 625 flour
- Mix 1-2 and rest until foamy. Mix into 3-7. Mix in flour.
- Knead smooth, about 10 minutes, and cover in plastic. Leave to rise for 1 hour.
- Divide into 20 round pieces about 3oz each. Place 3/4in apart, dust lightly in flour, cover and rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
