Pickled pepper pan sauce

Serves 4

  1. 2 shallots
  2. 1tsp flour
  3. 1 cup broth
  4. 1/2 cup brine
  5. 1/2 cup pickled peppers, chopped
  6. 2tb butter
  7. 2tsp fresh thyme
  • Cook shallots for 2 minutes. Cook flour for 30 seconds. Simmer 3-4 for 2-3 minutes. Mix in 5-7 and serve.
