Spicy squid stir-fry

Serves 4

  1. 1lb squid
  2. 5 cloves garlic
  3. 2tb gochujang
  4. 2tb soy sauce
  5. 1tb sesame oil
  6. 1-1/2tb sugar
  7. 2 carrots, grated
  8. 1 onion
  9. 4 scallions, whites and greens seperated
  10. 1 Fresno chile
  11. 1/2tb sesame seeds
  • Marinate 1-6 for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
  • Cook 6-8 and scallion whites for 2 minutes. Add squid for 2-3 minutes. Add scallion greens and 10-11 and serve.
