Dweji bulgogi

Serves 6

  1. 3tb gochugaru
  2. 3tb sugar
  3. 3 cloves garlic
  4. 1in ginger
  5. 1tb soy sauce
  6. 1tb rice wine vinegar
  7. 1tb sesame oil
  8. 1tsp pepper
  9. 1 sliced onion
  10. 2lb pork tenderloin, cut into strips
  • Marinate ingredients for 30 minutes. Stir-fry for 5 minutes and serve.
