Pork and kimchi soup

Serves 4

  1. 200g pork tenderloin, cut into strips
  2. 700g kimchi
  3. 800ml stock
  4. 100g leek
  5. 250g firm tofu, drained and cut into 1/2in pieces
  6. 1tb sesame oil
  • Brown pork and set aside. Cook kimchi briefly, add back pork and stock and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add 4-5 and simmer for 2 minutes. Add sesame oil and serve.
