- 200g pork tenderloin, cut into strips
- 700g kimchi
- 800ml stock
- 100g leek
- 250g firm tofu, drained and cut into 1/2in pieces
- 1tb sesame oil
- Brown pork and set aside. Cook kimchi briefly, add back pork and stock and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add 4-5 and simmer for 2 minutes. Add sesame oil and serve.
