Braised chicken with fennel and creme fraiche

Serves 4

  1. 4 bone-in  thighs
  2. 1 onion
  3. 1 fennel bulb
  4. 3/4 cup stock
  5. 3/4 cup creme fraiche
  6. 2tb lemon juice
  7. 2tb tarragon
  • Brown chicken skin-side down for 5 minutes and set aside. Cook 2-3 for 10 minutes.
  • Add 4-5, bring to a simmer, add back chicken and place in a 400 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Add 6-7 and serve.
