Pork and bread kebabs

Serves 4

  1. 1lb pork tenderloin, cut into about 20 1in cubes
  2. 20 3/4in cubes bread
  3. 4 slices bacon, cut into about 20 3/4in pieces
  4. 3tb olive oil
  5. 1/2tsp smoked paprika
  6. 20 sage leaves
  7. 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • Toss 1-5 and rest for 15 minutes. Gently mix sage. Alternate pork, sage, bread and bacon and grill on each side for 4 minutes. Serve with lemon.
