- 1lb pork tenderloin, cut into about 20 1in cubes
- 20 3/4in cubes bread
- 4 slices bacon, cut into about 20 3/4in pieces
- 3tb olive oil
- 1/2tsp smoked paprika
- 20 sage leaves
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Toss 1-5 and rest for 15 minutes. Gently mix sage. Alternate pork, sage, bread and bacon and grill on each side for 4 minutes. Serve with lemon.
