Green garlic-potato puree

Serves 6

  1. 3 bunches green garlic
  2. 1 quart stock
  3. 3 russet potatoes, cut into 1in pieces
  4. 1tb lemon juice
  5. 1/2 cup cream
  • Cook garlic for 1 minute. Add stock and simmer covered for 30 minutes. Add potatoes and simmer for 30 minutes. Puree and add 4-5.
