Slow cooker balsamic short ribs

Serves 6

  1. 4-5lb bone-in short ribs
  2. 2 cloves garlic
  3. 1/2 cup red wine
  4. 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  5. 3in sprig rosemary
  • Brown ribs and set aside. Cook garlic for 1 minute. Place all ingredients in slow cooker on low for 8 hours. Set meat aside, defat sauce, reduce slightly and serve.
