Garlic Cheese Rolls

Makes 8

  1. 1-3/4 cups bread flour
  2. 1tsp yeast
  3. 1/2tsp salt
  4. 1/2 cup water
  5. 3tb oil
  6. 5oz mozzarella, thinly sliced
  7. 2 cloves garlic
  8. 2tb fresh parsley
  • Mix 1-4 and 1tb oil. Knead for about 10 minutes, cover and let rise 1 hour.
  • Divide into 8 rolls. Top with 6-8 and remaining1tb oil and bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes.
