Cream cheese pound cake for 2

Serves 2

  1. 1.5oz cream cheese
  2. 3.5oz sugar
  3. 4tb butter
  4. 1 egg
  5. 1tb milk
  6. 1/2tsp vanilla
  7. 2oz cake flour
  8. 1/8tsp salt
  • Beat 1-3 until smooth. Combine 4-6 and add in stream with mixer running. Fold in 7-8 in 3 additions. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour in a 5-1/2in x 3in pan, turning halfway.
