Chocolate mini cakes

Serves 2

  1. 3oz bittersweet chocolate, 2oz chopped and 1oz broken in 2 whole pieces
  2. 4tb whole milk
  3. 3tb brown sugar
  4. 2tb beaten egg
  5. 2tb canola oil
  6. 1/4tsp vanilla
  7. 1-3/4oz flour
  8. 1/4tsp baking powder
  9. 1/8tsp baking soda
  • Melt 2oz chopped chocolate with 2-3. Whisk in 4-6. Whisk in 7-9. Divide into 2 6oz ramekins and divide remaining 1oz chocolate pieces inside batter. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, turning halfway. Cool for 2-3 minutes.
