Spicy sesame noodles

Serves 4 + extra chili oil

  1. 4 scallions, whites and greens seperated
  2. 1/2 cup oil
  3. 1tb red pepper flakes
  4. 2tsp sesame seeds
  5. 2tsp diced sichuan pepper
  6. 4tb tahini
  7. 4tb rice wine vinegar
  8. 3tb soy sauce
  9. 2tsp sesame oil
  10. 1tsp sugar
  11. 12oz ramen noodles
  • Heat scallion whites and 2-5 on low heat for 12-15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, assemble 6-10 and cook noodles. Toss with 2-3tb oil and scallion greens.

Note: Sichuan pepper can be replaced with 1tsp red pepper flakes and 1tsp tahini
