Rice cakes

Serves 4

  1. 3 cups cooked short-grain rice
  2. 1tsp cumin
  3. 1/2tsp mustard powder
  4. 1/2tsp garlic powder
  • Wet hands and form into 4 3/4in cakes. Cook in an ungreased non-stick pan for 5 minutes on each side.
