Pizza toppings

Potatoes: Bring salted water to a boil and boil whole waxy potatoes for about 12 minutes. Slice thinly.

Peppers: Rub with oil and broil until blackened. Rest covered for 15-30 minutes, skin and slice.

Garlic: Peel cloves and toss with oil and salt. Add water to cover and roast at 400 degrees for 1 hour.

Zucchini: Slice into 1/4in rounds. Toss with oil and salt and roast at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

Mushrooms: Slice thinly and fry on medium-high heat for 3 minutes.

Chicken: Roast 8oz boneless breasts at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and slice. Chicken will not be fully cooked, and is intended to finish cooking on top of pizza.

Asparagus: Roast spears at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
