Mustard-rosemary roasted potatoes

Serves 8

  1. 1/3 cup dijion
  2. 3tb oil
  3. 1tb lemon juice
  4. 2 cloves garlic
  5. 1tb fresh rosemary
  6. 1/4tsp red pepper flake
  7. 2lb red potatoes in 1in pieces
  • Toss ingredients and roast at 400 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
