- 1/2tsp caraway seeds, toasted and crushed
- 2lb yukon potatoes in 1/8in slices
- 2tb duck fat
- 4tb butter
- 1 sweet onion, sliced
- Toss 1-3 with 2tb butter. Toss onion with 1tb butter. Alternate 4 layers potato and 3 layers onion in a 9in mold and bake at 425 for 45 minutes. Brush with remaining 1tb butter and bake for 5-10 more minutes.
