Pork chops with creamy green peppers

Serves 4

  1. 4 8-10oz bone-in chops, 3/4in-1in thick
  2. 2 sliced onions
  3. 2 cloves garlic
  4. 1/2tsp oregano
  5. 4 poblanos, roasted and cut into strips
  6. 1/2 cup cream
  • Brown chops for 5 minutes on each side. Set aside.
  • Brown onions for 7 minutes. Add 3-5 for 2 minutes. Heat through cream for 1 minute. Serve.
