Shallot rice pilaf

Serves 4-6

  1. 1tb butter or oil
  2. 2tb shallot
  3. 1 cup long-grain rice
  4. 1-3/4 cup broth
  5. 4tb white wine
  6. 1tb parsley
  • Cook 1-2 for 1 minute. Add rice and stir to coat.
  • Add 4-5 and simmer covered for 20 minutes. Fluff and add parsley.
