Creamy leek sauce

Serves 4

  1. 3tb butter
  2. 3 leeks
  3. 1/3 cup white wine
  4. 2tb chives
  5. 1/3 cup cream
  6. 4tb stock
  • Cook 1-2 for 5 minutes. Add wine and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add 4-5. Puree half of mixture with stock and add back in.
