Porchini cream campanelle

Serves 4-6

  1. 2oz dried porchini
  2. 2 onions
  3. 3tb butter
  4. 1/2 cup cream
  5. 1lb campanelle
  6. 2oz parmesan
  • Microwave mushrooms in 2 cups water for 1 minute and soak 5 minutes. Chop mushrooms in 3/4in pieces and reserve soaking liquid.
  • Cook 2-3 10 minutes. Cook mushrooms 2 minutes. Add and simmer soaking liquid 10 minutes. Add and simmer cream 2 minutes.
  • Add to pasta with parmesan, adding pasta water as necessary.
