- 2oz dried porchini
- 2 onions
- 3tb butter
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1lb campanelle
- 2oz parmesan
- Microwave mushrooms in 2 cups water for 1 minute and soak 5 minutes. Chop mushrooms in 3/4in pieces and reserve soaking liquid.
- Cook 2-3 10 minutes. Cook mushrooms 2 minutes. Add and simmer soaking liquid 10 minutes. Add and simmer cream 2 minutes.
- Add to pasta with parmesan, adding pasta water as necessary.
