Gorgonzola sauce for gnocchi

Makes 1 cup

  1. 3/4 cup cream
  2. 4tb white wine
  3. 4oz gorgonzola
  4. 2tb chives
  • Bring 1-2 to simmer in skillet large enough to toss gnocchi in. Whisk in cheese with salt and pepper to taste until melted. Add chives and toss with gnocchi.
