- 3lb russet potatoes
- 4tb oil
- 2tsp salt
- Fresh herbs to taste
- Cut russets into 1/3in slices. Cut slices again into 1/3in sticks.
- Soak in lightly salted water for 1 hour.
- Drain, dry, toss with 2-4 and bake at 400 for 40-50 minutes. Stir often and rotate halfway through cooking.
