- 2 1lb pork tenderloins in 1.5in pieces
- 1 slice bacon for each medallion (varies)
- Place bacon on plate so that slices slightly overlap and microwave 1-3 minutes. Wrap around medallions and secure with 2 angled toothpicks.
- Season medallions with pepper and brown each side for 3-5 minutes. Place sidewise and brown bacon all the way around.
- Set medallions aside and tent with foil while making pan sauce.
