Slow cooker pork and beans

Serves 4

  1. 4 8oz bone-in blade pork chops 3/4in thick
  2. 1/2tsp onion powder
  3. 1/2tsp garlic powder
  4. 1 onion
  5. 1tsp chili powder
  6. 1tsp canola oil
  7. 2 cans navy beans
  8. 4tb ketchup
  9. 1tb molasses
  10. .5tsp liquid smoke
  11. 1tb cider vinegar
  12. 1tb dijion mustard
  • Season pork with 2-3 and salt and pepper.
  • Microwave 4-6 for 5 minutes.
  • Mix 7-10. Add all to slow cooker for 2-3 hours on low.
  • Tent pork, mash 1 cup of beans and add 11-12.
