Creamy mustard red snapper filets

Serves 4

  1. 4 8oz red snapper filets
  2. 8oz creme fraiche
  3. 3tb dijion mustard
  4. 1tb whole mustard
  5. 2tb shallot
  6. 2tsp capers.
  • Combine 2-6. Spoon over fish and bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes.
