- 3 10-12oz strip steaks (NOT 4)
- 2tb pepper
- 2tb butter
- 2lb halved leeks
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup broth
- 1tsp thyme
- 2tb cream
- Season steak w/salt and pepper and cook to a medium-rare. Set aside and tent.
- Add butter and leeks for 5 minutes
- Add 5-7 and simmer 5 minutes.
- Add cream. Slice steak and serve over leeks.
