- 4 cups whole milk
- 1 vanilla bean pod
- 10oz chopped white chocolate
- 2.5tsp vanilla extract
- 2.5tsp brandy
- 4 cups coffee
- Scape seeds from vanilla pod into milk, add pod. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and whisk in 3-5. Bring to simmer and whisk to create foam.
- Divide coffee into 8 cups. Add milk + foam.
